I had an excellent experience here. It was easy to book with several appointments available. I was seen at my apointment time (the clinic was not running late like most GPs are). The clinic was modern and clean and Dr Peut was friendly and thorough. Thanks Dr Peut and Paradise Medical Centre!
New facility very modern and well designed. I'm sure the drs are enjoying the new place the old one was really outdated the change was long overdue. They have a good roster of drs and the ones I have met are friendly and professional.
Dr joseph not good clear communicater if he even communicates anything with you due to being in a hurry to see next patient. He unsure of any complex issues, issues dont get dealt with because he just keeps saying see how it goes, he wont take on board a patients perspective on what they are feeling, thinks hes only one who knows best outcome, doesnt work as a team with patient, dr joseph yelled at me as patient, unprofessional conduct. Wont change medication when asked by patient. And dr hubzenko thinks its ok to give a patient a hard time about mental health when its got nothing to do with asthma he was offensive and so was asthma nurse. The greek receptionist is full of attitude. And treats one as though they are extremely inferior to her.
Large and well appointed medical centre with plenty of parking. Clean and professional, friendly, helpful staff. Lots of space and seating for patients with very large television set to watch and be distracted.
Dr Natani is an excellent doctor. I feel relieved every time after I consulted with her. She is very calm and listen to her patients very carefully. Grateful to have dr Natani as my GP. Highly recommended.
The doctors and the Medical centre are lovely and very caring. They listen and are patient and supportive. The receptionist are very welcoming and fruendly when you arrive and don't leave you waiting and if they are finishing off notes they inform you they will be with you in just a moment.
Doctor friendly courteous and informative much better than I was used to in the past will certainly be using this practice again ….Thank You
I've been here twice in relation to a couple of things, the main issue being ongoing migraines. At the second appointment, I was prescribed a medication to take daily for the rest of my life. But was only given one script with no repeats. Had a follow up teleconsult (which cost me $40 for 5 mins) where I said the medication was working well. Then applied for a prescription repeat online (seeing as I have to take them forever), but it was declined. They just want me to make more appointments to get more money out of me. I'll be going elsewhere.
I had a rather disappointing experience with a receptionist recently. I called to schedule an appointment with a doctor and found myself conversing with someone who seemed quite irritable. Despite my polite demeanor, things took an unexpected turn when I unintentionally chuckled after she referred to a past time for the appointment. It was a lighthearted reaction to what I perceived as a simple mistake.
To my surprise, the receptionist responded to my chuckle with a sudden and deliberate hang-up. It was an abrupt and unprofessional reaction, leaving me taken aback. I believe that mistakes happen, and it's important to handle them with a degree of grace and understanding, especially in customer service roles.
